Planning a Visit or Activity

The EEC (European Education Consultants) EECLive website (On-Line Systems for Health, Safety and Organisational Management) has a section dedicated to external visits. Within this section is an online application form to be completed for your external visit.

If you currently do not have access to the EECLive website and its resources, or you are experiencing any difficulty or problems with the site, please contact the CHSU at County Hall on 01823 355089.

An External Visits Planning Checklist has been produced which will serve to ensure that known safe/good practice is being followed and will assist in the planning/approval process irrespective of experience.

This checklist and other forms and templates which have been designed and produced to assist with visit planning and management are available on the Templates and Forms page of this site (also accessed via Start Here.)
